Top's Sandwich Shoppe is a family shop in Columbia Station, Ohio — built on a simple belief that good food doesn't need to be fancy, just made with care.
Named for Ed
Top's was opened to honor our father Ed — a Vietnam veteran and devoted early education teacher who gave his life to service, first to his country, then to his students, and always to his family.
What Ed believed
Ed believed sharing good food was how you connect with people — that a sandwich was a chance to slow down, share a story, and enjoy the moment. We opened Top's to carry on that spirit.
